Glamour Ghost Workshop, Saturday, October 26th, 1:00pm-4:00pm (Ages 10+)
In the Glamour Ghost Plush Making Workshop, you’ll transform the classic spooky ghost into a stylish, glamorous plush that’s more fabulous than frightening. This workshop invites participants of all ages and skill levels to create a ghostly companion. You’ll start by selecting from an array of colorful shimmery fabrics and embellishments like sequins, beads, and glittery accessories. You’ll learn the basics of plush-making, from cutting and sewing the ghost’s shape to adding details like expressive eyes and a touch of glam. Whether your ghost is a diva in pearls, a goth ghoul, or a preppy posh spirit, your custom plush is guaranteed to haunt you with style. Up-cycled fabrics will be provided for this workshop. All sewing supplies and stuffing will be provided. This workshop will be a mix of hand and machine sewing. If you do not have experience with a machine, you will learn basic machine skills.
