Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting my plush creations and workshops! Due to the handmade nature of my products and the limited availability of workshop spaces, all sales are final.

Plush Purchases

Each plush is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail, making it a unique piece. As such, I do not offer refunds or exchanges on plush purchases. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt, and I will do my best to address the issue.

Workshops

Due to the limited spots available in my workshops and the preparation involved, all workshop sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for missed or canceled workshops. If you cannot attend a workshop, you may transfer your spot to a friend—just let me know in advance! We may also be able to transfer your sign up to another workshop at a future date.
